What are your shipping details?
We process orders 5 days a week, excluding weekends and holidays. Flat rate shipping is $5.99 in the Continental USA. Free shipping for orders over $99 (after discounts, before taxes). Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days with tracking.
When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, it takes 7-10 days to create based on items and quantity. During this time, the order is verified, produced, quality checked, and prepped for shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return unworn, unused items in original packaging with tags within 30 days of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible. Contact us for a return label. Exchanges for unworn items are available within 30 days. Restocking fees may apply. Refunds cover the item price after discounts, excluding shipping fees. For more details, please refer to our return policy.
Late returns after 30 days
Customers have 30 days to return purchases made at Ronin Fame once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after this 30-day period will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense. Management may make one-time exceptions at their discretion. If a late return is approved, it will only be eligible for store credit.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once we receive your item(s). After your return is processed, you will receive an email with your refund or store credit information.
Can I combine multiple discounts?
Only one discount can be applied per order and must ship to a single address. Discount codes cannot be stacked, combined with other offers, or used on sale items. For returns, the discount will be subtracted from your return credit.
Can I personalize my tee?
Absolutely. Please CLICK HERE to submit your personalization idea. If approved, we'll send a custom offer with details and pricing. We will respond to your request whether it is accepted or not.
Modify my order
Order cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing order. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@roninfame.com. If your order has already been processed, we will no longer be able to grant your cancellation request.
Lost package
If you haven't received your order, please verify the shipping address and check the status with your tracking number. If you think your package is lost, contact us at info@roninfame.com.
Defective or missing item
If you received a defective or incorrect order, contact us at info@roninfame.com. Include a picture, a brief explanation, your request, and your order details. This will help us expedite a solution.
Ronin Package Protection
Protect your parcel for just $0.99 and enjoy peace of mind. With our protection plan, we'll replace your order immediately if it's lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Without this plan, Ronin Fame is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
